Phase one handovers begin
Phase one of five villas has been partly handed over, with handovers starting in July 2026. The exact count is updated after each handover. Phase two is built to contractual deadlines, 10 months from the purchase date.

Villas 4 and 5 under construction
Photos from the project folder. In villas 4 and 5 of phase one the walls are plastered, scaffolding is up and utilities are being laid in the yards for the pool and garden. The shooting date is not recorded in the sources, the shots predate handover of these villas.

PBG, KKPR and Due Diligence done
Two plots in the pink zone, 580 m² (phase one, 5 villas) and 650 m² (phase two, 5 villas). Due Diligence completed, KKPR obtained, PBG no. 510405-14122025-004 open for review. Leasehold 29 years plus 10 years of guaranteed extension. The entry date is taken from the document number.
