Green Harmony was delivered in Q3 2024 and its four villas have been hosting guests ever since. This is the project we show every prospective buyer: book a night, read the reviews, check the numbers.

It is proof of the DOMA model end-to-end: land in a verified zone, on-schedule construction, furniture from our own production, and handover under management that keeps occupancy around 87%.
