Updated plot validation
The project folder holds the land documents and an updated validation dated 17.10.2025. No final PBG/SLF file with a number is in the set, so we do not mark the permit as obtained. The current pack is available on request.

Rentals begin
The villas' actual operating period runs from November 2024. Listings are live and owners receive monthly reports from the operator Betterplace.

Complex handed over to owners
Four two-storey 84 m² villas were built turnkey, sold and handed over to owners in Q3 2024. It is DOMA's first delivered complex.
