Facade works in progress
The villa facades are in scaffolding, we do not present finishes and landscaping as done until the works are complete. The project is sold and under construction, not yet delivered.

Two floors and roofs complete
Site photos show two full floors, separate villa volumes, the finished roof outline and access to private pools. Status taken from the project page as of November 2026, the shooting date is not recorded.

NIB and SPPL on file, PBG on request
The project archive holds the land agreements for two plots, NIB, SPPL, working architectural and engineering drawings and two validation packs. A public final PBG or SLF number is not confirmed, status is given on request after verification.

All 4 villas sold
Four two-storey 72 m² villas in Lodtunduh sold out during construction. DOMA's timeline places this in 2025, the exact date is not published.
