In the configurator: G1 · Taman (included) — lawn, hedge, palms, irrigation points; G2 · Frangipani (+$2,500) — flowering garden with path lighting and a landscape plan; G3 · Tropis (+$4,500) — a mature palm, auto-irrigation, monsteras and heliconias with crown lighting; G4 · Alas (+$8,500) — the “forest”: a 4–6 m specimen tree, smart irrigation, designer supervision; G5 · Taman Sari (+$12,500) — two specimen trees, a green wall, maximum planting. A custom garden from the plant catalogue is the sixth path.
The invisible engineering
The difference between “planted pretty” and “grows pretty” is underground: drainage for the rainy season, fertile substrate, irrigation. Auto-watering (from G3) and sensor-driven smart irrigation (G4–G5) remove the human factor — the garden doesn't yellow while the gardener is on holiday. And it is the rare upgrade that appreciates by itself: plants grow, the villa looks more expensive every year, feeding the photo rate.

Tropics are generous: base planting closes up in 6–12 months; specimen trees (G4–G5) deliver an adult garden on day one.
Who maintains it?
Garden service is normally part of the management package; smart irrigation cuts manual work to a minimum.
