About the place
A steep stairway down the cliff, cafés built into the rock and one of the island's best waves. For a decade Bingin was the symbol of the bohemian Bukit, until on 21 July 2025 the authorities demolished 48 structures on the beach built without permits in the coastal zone.
Redevelopment is now announced, and Bingin became the main lesson for Bukit buyers: certificate and KKPR matter more than the view.
