About the place
A kilometre and a half of empty white sand below the cliffs south of Uluwatu temple. It used to be reached only on foot down a track, now there is a road and a few cafés but still few people.
Known for the beached ship turned into an art object. Land on the cliffs above Nyang Nyang sells actively for cliff villas, and this is first line with the strictest coastal-setback limits.
