SIMBG (building permit system)

In one sentence. The state online register through which PBGs and SLFs are applied for and issued; a permit number is verified there, not by a stamp on paper.

SIMBG (Sistem Informasi Manajemen Bangunan Gedung) is the PUPR ministry portal that has run the whole building-permit cycle since 2021: design submission, technical review, PBG issuance, SLF issuance, building register. Every PBG carries a SIMBG number.

For a buyer it is a verification tool: the PBG number from the developer's deck is checked against the register — do the applicant, plot, area and function match. A completed villa's SLF is checked the same way.

A "PBG" without a SIMBG number, or with one that cannot be found, means there is no permit. In DOMA-represented projects the numbers are open (Forma: No. 510405-14122025-004).
