In the construction contracts of projects DOMA represents, the build is split into three stages, each accepted by act with a photo report (Annex 3, cl. 2.2):

| 1 · Foundation | Foundation works, ground-floor load-bearing columns, pool shell | Photo report and stage-1 acceptance act → 30% payment |
| 2 · Structure | All load-bearing structures, roof and walls — ready for finishes and glazing | Photo report and stage-2 act → 30% payment |
| 3 · Finishing | Glazing and final finishes — ready for handover | Photo report and stage-3 act → final inspection, 10% at handover |
Build time for a 72 m² two-bedroom villa is 10 months under the construction contract; investor reports in the owner portal every 2 weeks: photos, video, drone flights, documents.
